We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- All seals and safety tabs must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fragrance Sets (once opened or seal is broken)
- Dental Care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Beauty Care items with broken seals
- Opened Flower Essences and liquid products

Exchange Process
